  • From painters to printmakers, hatmakers to ironworks, ceramicists to sculptors, Creative Mile profiles the creative community in Brentford, West London

  • With more venues participating this year, there is a mix of old industrial, heritage properties, studios and galleries, arts centres, and museums.

  • Stay in touch and subscribe for updates www.creativemile.org

  • Water flows through Brentford with the Thames, River Brent, Grand Union canal and these have influenced our past and future. This year we are celebrating water as our artistic theme and Creative Mile is collaborating with the Totally Thames festival.  Find out more www.thamesfestivaltrust.org

RAG_LOCKDOWN Drawing Exhibition

RAG LOCKDOWN 2020 LIVE ON WEBSITE: WWW.RIVERSIDEARTISTSGROUP.COM 4 JULY 2020 Riverside Artists Group presents an online exhibition by 16 of its members. This is an opportunity to see art created under the pressures of Lockdown. To coincide with the first stage of easing of Lockdown in England, the project was extended to 31 May. There were two constraints: every drawing should take exactly half an hour and was to be made using materials already available at home. The rationale for this was to allow artists to explore their concept of a drawing.
